Terms of Service

Welcome to Fabulauris. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the audiobook streaming service operated by TEMPLAR CORPORATION AUDIOVISUAL LTDA (CNPJ 62.839.459/0001-30) at fabulauris.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fabulauris. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Premium content requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your payment method.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

4. Content and license

Fabulauris grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and listen to audio content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute audio files outside the platform.
• Use the Service to develop competing products.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract content from the Service.
• Use bots or automated tools to access the Service.

All audio content, artwork, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners and TEMPLAR CORPORATION AUDIOVISUAL LTDA.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations while using the Service.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you don't have permission to access.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access ends immediately, but obligations that survive (payments owed, IP rights, limitations of liability) remain in effect.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEMPLAR CORPORATION AUDIOVISUAL LTDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
